I am afraid I run out of all options ((( I have 3.2 uF cap, as well as 75K resistors installed, yet I am getting occasional shut offs... Should I increase to 100K resistance?

You can do that, but it shouldn’t be necessary. That is, if your intrinsic DC offset is as low as you stated, and VR1 is tuned properly. What kind of program material are you playing, and does it have an unusual amount of subsonic energy?

I listening to electronic, pop, rock. Just now it shut off during pop song (nothing special per se).

It happens only when Denon D7000 are plugged, does not happen with Senns HD200 or Audeze LCD-2.

Recheck DC offsets etc?

It wouldn't hurt to check them again.

Try to measure with your multimeter in DC mV scale between the ε12 virtual ground and the ground of your power supply? How many DC mV have you got?
