Yes, good advice from @mpa2. Since swapping transistors from side to side had no effect, then the imbalance must be coming from elsewhere.

Ok. I 'll do some additional checking on cold joints /measuring / wrong parts .... I'll keep you updated, but this will take some time.

Hi Pieterh,
I've seen your awesome build! Well done. You give me some extra ideas to complete mine, specially in cable routing. Great. =)

But how did you finished the board after this problem?
I think I'm in front off the same: I turn VR2 till the end and can't reach 40mV across R45 (R46), it stops to 29mV. Then when turning VR3 all go down.

Dear Daniela, ty for your kind words.

About ' my ' issue. It may be different from yours. I could get biases at normal vales (40mV) but I couldn't get the offset in the necessary range. My one board with an issue died during testing by a short. So I had to start all over with one board. The new board worked well from the start.
