IDE Question

Postby brian92fs » December 19th, 2017, 9:10 pm

Quick question on the LCDuino firmware. Was this written in the Arduino IDE? I'm trying to get up to speed on AVR development and see a lot of forum posts suggesting the use of other development tools. Just curious if this was developed within the Arduino IDE or some other tool.

Also, on a related note, can you share what platform you use for schematics and pcb design?

Thanks!

IDE Question

The LCDuino-1 firmware was written for the arduino platform. It requires arduino IDE in order to compile the code and flash to the chip.

I use Eagle for PCB layout and ExpressSCH for schematics.
