what is the purpose of C2-C5 ?
What happens if we use 33pF with a gain of 11x ?

C2-C5 are called "Miller compensation capacitors" (search the web for this if you're interested) to tune the ultrasonic behavior of the amplifier. Their capacitance is selected to optimize the stability and bandwidth of the circuit and is dependent on the overall voltage gain. For a gain of 11x, the recommended value is 22pF. If you use 33pF, the bandwidth/speed of the amplifier will be reduced.
