You can test the relay without desoldering it. Since a relay is just an electrically controlled switch, you can check the contact continuities using a DMM in ohms mode. You should first disconnect the sources and any buffer line stage you have before/after the δ1/δ2, so that you’re not sending any DC offset from the DMM to other places. Check both relay positions on each channel. You can look up the relay pin out by going to either δ1 or δ2 website parts list section, and click on the link to the relay’s data sheet.
