I'm having a problem with a solder bridge on my y1 build, on u3u. I made it through all surface mounted parts without any bridges or real problems except for u4u which I haven't gotten to yet.

So on to u3u. I soldered all 4 sides and but have a solder bridge on side between two pins only. I'm not sure how to correct it. I've tried desoldering braid with out any real luck, there is still a clear bridge. Funny that I was most worried about u1d and that wasn't the one I ended up having a problem with. I'm including lots of pics, any help/ideas/chastising would be highly appreciate .

Sorry about the flux mess, I had intended to clean it up after getting the final surface mounted chip done, before moving on to through hole stuff.

Are you talking about pins 25 and 26 (closest to R4U and C8U)? If so, they're supposed to be bridged and connected to the ground plane. See the schematic diagram!

Well after clearing my confusing with u3u, and my eagerness causing me to mix up u4d and u9d (immediately noticed after soldering u4d!), I'm happy to say my y1 DAC is working just fine via USB. Haven't yet tested out the optical in as I don't have the proper cable, will be getting one soon.
