I would order from Silver Circuits again.

http://www.custompcb.com/index.htm

Their shipping is on the expensive side though.
1352.5 and counting.

batchpcb will do very small boards. You may have to wait a while for a batch to fill up though. On the plus side if somebody's board gets messed up they will do another run and you can end up with double the amount of boards you ordered for no extra cost

I just tried that. No Gerber file support! What a pain it the ass. They accept only crazy extensions files like .gtl" , ".cmp", ".top , I have no idea what's going on there. This is not hobbyists friendly at all. Something has changed there recently, too bad.....

Are you sure? I just took a peek at their FAQ and all it talks about are Gerbers

Yep. And when I try to upload ZIP file with Gerbers in it, I got this response: BatchPCB is locking down. We are no longer accepting any floating files. Please clean up your uploaded file and resubmit.
We are only accepting the following list of file extensions:
TopCopper - ".gtl" , ".cmp", ".top"
BottomCopper - ".gbl", ".sol", ".bot"
TopSolderMask - ".gts", ".stc", ".smt", ".stoptop", ".tsm"
BottomSolderMask - ".gbs", ".sts", ".smb", ".stopbot", ".bsm"
TopSilk - ".gto", ".plc", ".sst", ".positop", ".leg", ".slk"
BottomSilk - ".gbo", ".pls", ".ssb", ".posibot", ".bsk"
Drill - ".drl", ".txt", ".tap", ".drill", ".gdd", ".drd", ".cnc", ".exl"
KeepOut - ".gko"
MiddleCopper1 - ".g2"
MiddleCopper2 - ".g3"
BottomStencil - ".gbp"
TopStencil - ".gtp"
Outline - ".outline", ".oln"

Those are Gerber files for the different layers. Depending on what CAD software you use, the file extension would be different. For example, if you generated Gerbers for a 2-sided board with CadSoft Eagle, the following are the file extension convention:

.cmp component side copper
.sol solder side copper
.plc component side silkscreen
.pls solder side silkscreen
.stc component side soldermask
.sts solder side soldermask
.drd drill

You can use iteadstudio (there's another similar site, but I forgot the name).

I've used them twice now, and had no trouble. Package arrived in about 3 weeks after placing the order, and the price is very good. It was about 25$ for 10 boards of 2"x4" (and they've actually sent me 12 boards instead of 10). The boards are of nice quality. I've seen better, but considering the price I'm not complaining.

I figured that BatchPCB out finally. All that has to be done is to change the file extension upon exporting Gerbers to specified extension. All of my Gerber files had .GBR extension. Problem solved.
