1. Wildly different heights because I had to replace some, I put in capacitors and resistors in some of the wrong spots, had to take them out, etc. They mate together just fine.

2. They look perfect to me without magnification.

3. In the last picture where the red arrow is, that is just the top of the pin sticking out on top of the other solder pad, it's fine. They aren't touching.

If you must continue on insisting it looks perfect to you then I'm done here. You come here asking for help, yet at the same time stubbornly insist that various items look perfect to you. Obviously, if it doesn't work then it's not perfect is it? It seems you're expecting someone to point out a magic bullet as hagak said earlier.

I can't help someone who refuses to acknowledge reality because at that point all bets are off and we may as well diagnose the problem as having to do with the unacceptable circumference of tortoises.

Um, I am just stating that that one you pointed out with the arrow, they overlap each other. The end of the pin overlaps the other joint, so it looks like they are combined. If I take a photo from the side you will know what I mean.

You don't see anything wrong with the other joints in that picture? As for the red arrow, even if they don't physically touch, it's a bad idea to leave the leads that long.

Just wanted to follow up this thread with this link:

Apparently jschristian44 was not only selling broken dacs, he was selling broken objective2 amps and badly constructed headphone mods. It seems that not going through with my offer was the prudent choice

Also looked like he did get his gamma2 fixed, but there's a whole ordeal behind that as well:
