Looks great in the anodized black, me thinks.

How many amps does the b24 output anyways?

The output MOSFETs are rated at 33A (N-channel) and 23A (P-channel), so that would be the maximum peak output current. Obviously the amp can't be passing that much current in a continuous fashion due to thermal limits.

Hi Ti,

What is the minimum and maximum load the amp can comfortably drive?

Also, i another post, you had the back panel balanced / unbalanced hookup diagram. If you remember where it is, could you please post the thread here?

Thanks

Thanks!

I'm pretty happy with the results as well. My only problem is on the front cover. I was drilling a couple of holes and for some reason my press drill depth lock came undone and I passed right through the panel... Now I don't really know what to do with this... I was thinking of using a drop of black silicon or put in a fake led... :?

If anyone has another idea... You're welcome to share! ;)

Ciao!

Perhaps drill another hole symmetrically and put in a couple of dummy black (countersunk?) screws? Pics of errant hole might inspire more solutions?

If you mean load impedance, the amp should be able to drive any reasonable speakers. Just don't short circuit the output terminals, because the amp has no output current limiting, and that could cause the output MOSFETs to be destroyed.

Very nice B-24 build. Will enjoy seeing the final pics when it's fully completed. 8-)

Darn, i'm sure you were annoyed when that happened. Maybe some sort of led strip ala W4S?

Maybe black hole plug? You could always say that it's for a future feature expansion. :)
