rille's CK²III

Built by rille of Germany, this sleek CK²III is housed in a Hifi2000 Galaxy GX243 enclosure with the optional 10mm thick front panel. Additionally, the front panel was milled by Front Panel Express. Inside, the board features Wima film capacitors and Panasonic FC and FM electrolytics. The output transistors, biased to 50mA quiescent current, are secured to the case side panel for heatsinking. A zobel network is mounted on a small board next to the headphone jack to suppress oscillations.

The power supply section uses STTA506 ultrfast rectifiers, and the encapsulated toroidal transformer is from Nuvotem Talema.
